Banana Bread With Birthday Cake M&Ms Candies
hi readers, today I needed to use up the rotten bananas in my house, so I decided to whip up a quick banana bread I made 3 loaves one to keep and 2 to give away to. so it's super easy to make. so if you have bananas sitting around go ahead and make them. so get cooking and baking!
Banana brad with Birthday Cake M&Ms Candies
6 over ripe bananas
3 cups AP Flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
2 dashes of salt
1 stick butter
8-10 tablespoons Birthday cake M&Ms candies to sprinkle onto 3 loaves
method
preheat oven to 325 mash bananas in a large bowl (the first picture is the mashed bananas i mashed with a potato masher) add in flour, sugar, baking soda and 2 eggs to the banana mixture. melt butter in a mircowave in a bowl for 30 seconnds. then add to banana flour mixture and mix just until blended and pour onto 3 greased disposable mini loaf pans sprinkle with Birthday cake M&Ms candies on top bake for 1 hour 10 minutes, ovens may vary, check toothpick for done ness when it comes out clean makes 3 loaves (24 servings total) give 2 away to 2 lucky friends or neighbors and 1 to keep to yourself.
