Michael Shows you how easy to make gourmet meals, chef style in 5 minutes, 5 ingredients or less and he has about 120 recipes to choose from, I am going to try his eggs in avocado with tomatoes and basil recipe from this book instead of bread so this book is a must for mom's who need dinner on the table in a snap or college kids too!

3. for the person who is a celiac In mind: The Gluten free Asian kitchen by Laura B Russell
laura is a food blogger who has celiac, for those who have it, I went to a GFAF Expo to meet some of the great chefs back in January and she talked about gluten free Asian and talks about how gluten is in the soy sauce, this book is not just for celiacs its for all, so I love this book, especially the dumpling recipes look good and will be trying them soon! she has a new book out in 2014 but try the gluten free Asian kitchen in the meantime its a must for a holiday gift for the celiac in mind

4. for both  the diabetic and celiac in mind: The Joy of gluten free, sugar free baking by Peter Reinhart and Denene Wallace
in this book, not only celiacs will love this, but diabetics will too, this book is for all the baker's out there and the hushpuppy recipe look really good when I was checking the menu at draeger's in san mateo, didn't attend to that class, but it looked good, but will try some of the recipes in this book and its a must for all baker's on the gift list

5 for the baker in mind: Savory Bites from your cupcake maker by Hollis wilder
this cupcake wars champ wrote this cookbook from the cupcake pan, you can make anything from the cupcake pan from quiche to lasagna cupcakes etc, a must have book for entertaining and for the host of good parties, its must on the list during the holidays
