Key Lime Pie

hello reader's this thanksgiving i made key lime pie for the family, they loved it and the filling is made with sweetened condensed milk, lime zest and juice and egg yolks all blended together, there is no sugar added for this recipe so this is my friend kim's recipe and i hope you enjoy making it for your family, i made my own crust but i also suggest you use a ready made graham cracker crust so i hope you enjoy!

 Key lime pie
1 ready made graham cracker shell
3 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lime juice about (3-4 limes)
1 1/2 tsp lime zest
method
preheat oven to 350 degrees beat egg yolks with a whisk in a bowl then stir in milk and lime zest gradurally add in lime juice and mix until its incorporated do not over mix spoon into a prepared pie crust and bake for 15-20 minutes then let pie cool completely before placing in the fridge with plastic wrap overnight and serve
