Beef stroganoff with Sweet potato fettuccini

Hi foodies it's Ava marie here and yesterday went to the Millbrae arts and wine fest and it's a street fest that takes place in Millbrae each year if you are out of state and want nans gourmet foods they take online orders and I decided to cook my mom some beef stroganoff which normally uses egg noodles it's basically a mushroom base sauce so I hope you all enjoy the labor day weekend the Rosie the riverter style. Beef stroganoff with sweet potato  fettuccini

1 package nans gourmet foods regular sweet potato fettuccini or gluten free
1 8 oz sliced baby Bella mushrooms
3 tbl butter
Salt, garlic, onion  powder and pepper to season well and to taste.
1/2 lb ground beef
2/3 cup sour cream
A splash of milk

Method
In a large skillet over medium heat add butter and melt when it melts add mushrooms season with salt, pepper garlic powder and onion powder and cook for a few minutes crumble in ground beef and cook until rendered down for 5 minutes more adjust seasoning a bit with pepper and onion powder. Not too much it will overpower the dish.  Add in Sour cream and milk heat for 1 minute and let it sit while you boil the fettuccini
Bring a large pot of water to a boil with lots of salt. Add fettuccini and cook for 8 minutes or until cooked through and has a soft bite to perfection we eat pasta not  al dente but we'll done but not mushy ethier. Drain and add pasta back to pot add the sour cream meat mixture toss to combine and serve into 4 bowls and serve with friends and family
