grilled cheese B.A.T ( brown sugar chili bacon, avocado and tomato grilled cheese with olive mayo)

Hi fans, it's been a busy week with a broken fridge and this Friday chef ava Marie is getting a new fridge so I can cook fresh again, but I recently submitted a entry for the #2017grilledcheesecontest for a chance up to $15,000.00 I enter this @

Grilled cheese B.A.T (brown sugar chili bacon, avocado and tomato grilled cheese with olive mayo)

For the grilled cheese "buns"
8 slices white bread Pullman or wonder bread is best
4 slices Vermont white cheddar cheese slices
4 tbl.softened butter 

For the brown sugar chili bacon
1/2 lb bacon
1/3' cup.brown sugar
1/2 tsp.chili powder

For the olive mayo
3 tbl chopped black olives
1/4 cup mayo 

To assemble
1 avocado sliced
1'lime juice over avocado
1 tomato sliced

Method

Set a large skillet enough to make 4 sandwich buns butter all bread slices only on one side only. Place bread butter side down repeat with 3 more slices. Add cheddar cheese slices on each slice of bread then place bresd on top butter side up cook on medium high heat 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp transfer to foil wrapped up while you make the bacon 
For the brown sugar chili bacon preheat oven to 375 degrees lay down'4'slices of bacon onto the glass baking dish sprinkle with Brown sugar and chili powder bake for 25 minutes or until golden crisp flip first 10 minutes second if needed until crisp transfer to cool off to harden on cooling rack it will harden like.candy 
For the olive mayo.combine mayonnaise and olives together and lets assemble
For assembly smear olive mayo on both sides of grilled cheese buns then place a slice of tomato then 2 slices bacon and 3 avocado slices repeat cut into triangles and serve with salad or chips
