Last week had a bad week with the old with the new fridge situation so I decided to clean up the fridge and make ramen noodle bowl this recipe doesn't have a egg on top. I just serve with tomato pepper broth to soak it up. This isn't your typical college ramen it's a a real japenese dish made by japan cooks and this trend is popping all over the nation I hope you enjoy






Tomato commsume ramen bowl

For the tomato pepper broth
2 tbl olive oil
1 clove garlic chopped
1 shallot finely chopped
1 onion chopped
1 green bell pepper seeded chopped
1 fresno chili seeded and diced finely
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Pepper to taste
3 cups water
1 8 oz tomato sauce
1 package nona lim ramen (found at grocery outlet) made according to package instructions

Method
In a large pot heat oil over medium high heat add onion, peppers, shallots and pepper cook for 10 minutes or until soft and tender add garlic cook for 30 seconds and then add bouillon cubes (has a ton of salt in it sokeep in mind) when cooking, tomato sauce and water let it come to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through
Cook ramen according to the package instructions and drain and divide into bowls spoon a portion of tomato pepper broth to ramen evenly ir will thicken up and finish the cooking and eat with a fork
