Thin mint Chocolate covered pretzel sugar cookies

 

Yesterday I created these 5 ingredient cookie using @bettycrocker sugar cookie mix and @girlscouts thin mint pretzels I got at @costco and turn them into these cookie mash up so I hope you enjoy this recipe from my kitchen to yours and get cooking with your kids and the kid at hearts.

Thin mint Chocolate pretzel sugar cookies

1 pouch @bettycrocker sugar cookie mix
1 cup @girlscouts thin mint Chocolate covered pretzels crushed
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tbl water
1 egg

Method
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 4 half sheet pans with parchment paper set aside. Meanwhile in a bowl mix cookie mix, crushed pretzels, oil, egg and water and mix by hand to form a ball use a cookie scoop to scoop out cookies 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet and Bake for 13 minutes or until golden brown on edges and puffed on top take out and allow to cool 2 minutes on pan then lift from pan and
