Turkey and tofu baked potstickers (for the Twin dragon blogger challenge) in the savory holiday appetizer category

Dear readers im very thrilled to be selected to be part of the twin dragon blogger challenge and was selected out of 74 food bloggers to participate in this competition. You've seen my cheeseburger egg rolls in game day catagory http://autismcooks22.blogspot.com/2021/01/cheeseburger-egg-rolls-for-twin-dragon_17.htm and its one of my best works by far but this recipe came from a co worker but the only change is added ground turkey instead of ground pork and hot sauce in the recipe but baked instead of frying to keep it a little on the healthy side without all the calories and fat I kept all the flavors in. So I hope jsl foods like this Healthier take on holiday apps and it wasn't bad at all and use the Gotham steel air crisp tray but becareful when taking out of oven it can be hot and safety first.

Turkey and tofu baked potstickers 

1 lb ground turkey

1 8 oz extra firm tofu drained and patted dry on paper Towels 

2 scallions sliced thinly 

1 tsp sriracha sauce 

1 tsp each garlic powder and ground ginger 

2 tbl low sodium soy sauce 

1 tsp sesame oil 

1 pkg twin dragon square wonton wrappers 

2 tbl melted butter 

Sweet chili sauce for serving 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl crumble in the tofu , sliced green onion. Spices, sriracha,  soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well to combine. Lay out a sheet of potsticker wrappers spoon a teaspoonful of filling in center of wonton and seal edges with water. Fold in half and form into a potsticker shape. Repeat until all lined onto parchment lined pan and also used a Gotham steel crisp tray. Melt softened butter for 15 seconds watch it do not over melt it. Brush on top of potstickers and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked inside and to begin plating I smear sweet chili sauce on bottom of the plate and arrange with 3 potstickers and enjoy.
