Mexican Pumpkin pie spiced mole roasted pumpkin seeds

Do not throw those pumpkin seeds away, these pumpkin seeds are the healthiest seed full of nutrition instead of the loaded sugary candy. Wash the seeds really good in a fine mesh strainer and then rinse again to take all pumpkin bits out and lay down 2 paper towels and place seeds on towels to dry completely so will walk you through the steps so happy Halloween at its spookiest




Mexican pumpkin pie spiced mole pumpkin seeds

2/3 cup rinsed and patted dry pumpkim seeds
1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp ground chili powder
1 tbl brown sugar
2 tbl melted butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Line foil with cookie sheet set aside.
In a small bowl mix spices, cocoa powder and  brown sugar and mix to combine add the pumpkkm seeds  and melted butter and toss to coat evenly and spread into a cookie sheet bake for 25-28 minutes or until the crispy and caramelized on the outside. Let cool and give it to friends or eat as a snack
