ok fans this is 1 of the 3 uses of pesto. I shown you how to make the pesto, now its time to make not one but 3 ideas for pasta nights. tomorrow I will be making tortellini kale pesto alfredo but today is pesto mini cheese raviolis and will show you the recipe. so enjoy and get the kids the eat good nutrition
Pesto Mini cheese Raviolis
1 package earth balance mini cheese ravioli (inspired by sesame street cast like elmo)
2 tbl butter
1/2 cup of homemade kale pesto sauce recipe link at http://autismcooks22.blogspot.com/2015/05/sauce-base-kale-pesto.html
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
method
bring a large pot of pasta to a boil with lots of salty water. add pasta and cook 5 minutes then drain and return to pot add the butter and mix then the homemade pesto and mix gently along with the parmesan cheese and divide into bowls and enjoy!
