Teriyaki chicken egg rolls and new food show on youtube

Yesterday I  decided to host my first mini episode of cooking the spotlight with chef ava marie and I have to let you know it was a great turnout and decided to add 4 more episodes to conclude season one helping families cook what they have in their pantries i will post the video below and god bless and cook like a pantry superstar

Teriyaki chicken egg rolls
Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 red bell pepper seeded and diced finely
2 tbl vegetable oil
3 tbl teriyaki marinade like (lea and perrins or panda express also sells it in a jar)
1 package of @Melissasproduce egg roll wrappers
Vegetable oil to frying
Water to moisten egg rolls
Method
In a large skillet heat 2 tbl vegetable oil over medium heat once hot add bell pepper and cook until softened, then crumble in the ground chicken and cook until cooked through along with the 3 tbl teriyaki marinade and cook until no longer pink and do not drain the oil and pour filling into a bowl and allow to cool down completely. Once cooled take one sheet of wonton and moisten egress with water and center with a tablespoonful of filling and fold up and to sides to form an envolope and roll up like a cigar. Repeat until all is made and ready to fry.
Heat oil 3 inches in a medium frying pan once hot fry in batches 2 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through and drain on paper towel. Work carefully oil is hot and serve with @hellmannsmayonnaise spicy dipping sauce it's that good
