We’re looking for downright spectacular “BLOGGERS,” not professional chefs or bartenders who maintain a food or beverage blog. Only the first 100 qualified applicants will be accepted.
How can you qualify?
To take the challenge, participants can submit an entry form to contest@steviva.com starting on October 1, 2018. To qualify for the Steviva Holiday Keto Blogger Recipe Challenge you must be:
  • Must be 21 years old or older at time of entry
  • Must be a legal U.S. resident – Void in Alaska and Hawaii / Void where prohibited
  • Beverage or food blog must be updated frequently (at least once per week) and has been in existence for at least 6 months
  • RECIPE MUST BE ORIGINAL
  • Applicants cannot be professional chefs or bartenders
  • NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Recipe Details

Qualified applicants will be sent one of three free Steviva products that include KetoseSweet + Liquid,
KetoseSweet + Powder and Steviva Blend to create their original recipe with. Your original recipe must be from the category you entered. We are looking for creations that are easy to recreate, great for families, delicious, and of course, original and inventive.
Only recipes using Steviva’s KetoseSweet + Liquid, KetoseSweet + Powder, and Steviva Blend products will be considered.

How to Submit Your Recipes

Final recipes along with a picture of the Steviva product used must be publicly posted on your blog, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram to qualify. Steviva’s social media links must be included when posting your recipes on your blog to qualify. All bloggers must tag Steviva on all of their social media platforms. Bloggers must use the hashtags #steviva, #sweetandeasy when posting on each of your social media platforms. When compiling the list of ingredients for your recipes, it must state, the name of the Steviva product used when creating your recipe. Please email your original recipe to contest@steviva.com, including a photo (jpeg) of your finished recipes, along with links to your published recipes by the contest deadline. Applicants are responsible for complying with all rules of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram.

Pepita crusted chicken parmesan with Tuscan keto tomato onion salsa

For chicken parmesan
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 eggs beaten
1 cup panko 
1 cup parmesan cheese 
1/2 crushed pumpkin spiced pepitas (recommend sprouts)
1/2 tsp each pepper, onion powder and garlic powder
For salsa
3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
Salt &  pepper
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbl ketosesweet agave nectar
1/4 onion chopped 
Method
In a small bowl mix all salsa ingredients in a bowl cover with lid and refrigerate while you cook chicken
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Grease 9x13 inch glass pan with cooking spray. Set a dredging station In one bowl mix  panko, parmesan, pepitas and spices together. In 2nd bowl beat eggs until frothy and that's your breading station. Dredge chicken into the egg mixture then into the breadcrumbs pressing the mixture evenly and place onto a baking pan. Wash hands. Place in preheated oven for 50 minutes flipping halfway through cooking process. It should be moist and crispy on the outside. Serve with Tuscan keto tomato onion salsa enjoy!
