Superseed pesto rigatoni pasta

Hi guys if you need ways to find nutrition in your food I recently took a cooking class at sprouts in daly city area and learned more beyond chia seeds. They covered from hemp seeds to flaxseed very good in omegas They say. I reccomend trying in ziti or rigatoni pasta. I hope you enjoy





Superseed pesto rigatoni pasta

1/2 hemp hearts
1/2 cup sprouts pumpkin spiced pepitas
1 cup arugula
2 cups loosely packed basil leaves
1/4 cup hemp seed oil or vegetable oil
1 clove garlic peeled
2 tbl fresh lemon juice
Salt pepper
1 lb ziti pasta or rigatoni

Method
Add all ingredients (except pasta ) in a food processor and pulse to combine.
Process until you have reached your desired consistency, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Add more lemon or salt and pepper if desired.
Cook pasta according to package directions drain and combine with pesto in the pot. or transfer pasta onto a serving dish and serve pesto directly on top.
