Brownie pie (for mothers day and San Mateo county fair culinary arts contest)

Hi bakers this weekend was trying to test recipes for contests and mothers day so I made mom my Mickey-fetti brownie pie and it's easy to make you don't need a mixing bowl and it's done in saucepan and off heat as well. I'm going to submit to the San Mateo county fair culinary arts best of the best brownie contest basically redeeming myself from the past contests experiences happy mothers day

Brownie pie

1 2 oz square semi sweet chocolate (we use a 2 oz guittard chocolate bar broken in half)
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 tbl Mickey mouse sprinkles  (busybakerssupplies.com) for the online order

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees grease pie dish with a hefty dose of cooking spray set aside
Meanwhile in a large saucepan over medium heat add broken chocolate and butter heat until melted make sure not to burn it. Turn off heat. Away from stove immediately add sugar then slowly add four and mix to incorporate and add egg one at a time  until incorporated add vanilla mix again and pour over the greased pie pan sprinkle with Mickey mouse sprinkles on top bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through and puffed on top. Let cool cut into wedges and serve
