Slow cooker Chinese beef and broccoli with brown rice

Hi foodies, last night I made a slow cooker Chinese dish and my parents said best slow cooker meal so far. So If you are keto or paleo diet swap brown rice for cauliflower rice if not this dish will be your new dinner friend so I hope you make this dish at home soon







Beef & Broccoli Crockpot Stew

Prep time: 10mins / Cook time: 5hr 45mins
Ingredients2 lbs sirloin steak, sliced thin
1 cup beef stock
3/4 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
4 cloves garlic, mined
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 head broccoli, broken into florets
Brown rice, cooked
Directions:
  1. In the crockpot whisk beef stock, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce and garlic.
  2. Add beef and mix, cover and cook for 5 hours.
  3. Mix cornstarch and water together, add with broccoli to crock pot and cook for a further 30—45 mins on low.
  4. Serve on a bed of cooked brown rice
