Cranberry Cinnamon roll Monkey bread (for grocery outlet)

Hey foodies it's a typical sunday at the Romero house and I've decided to use 2 cans Pillsbury cinnamon rolls and turn them into monkey bread bundt. So I ditch the cream cheese icing in the cans of cinnamon roll dough and melted my brown sugar butter mixture over top of a bundt pan

For South San Francisco California locals grocery outlet has a buy one get one free sale right now, yes right now till Wednesday so get them while supplies last.  Basically it's a buck for 2 cans of cinnamon roll dough. And you should have cinnamon, sugar and butter on hand. If you need cranberries it will cost you another 1 buck

For a grand total of 2.00 for 4 servings that's 50 cents per person how cheap is that??

Here's the recipe from the autistic chef herself me! The savant Rachael Ray on  the spectrum. So enjoy in moderation

Cranberry cinnamon roll monkey bread

2 cans Pillsbury cinnamon rolls discard icing
1/2 cup sugar with 1 tsp Cinnamon mixed
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 stick butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
Method
Preheat oven to 350 use bundt pan (use silicone for easy clean up) coat with cooking spray. Quarter each cinnamon dough and dip each with cinnamon sugar. Start layering the pieces in bundt pan. After each full layer sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar on top not too much and discard extra. Add a layer of 1/4 cup cranberries halfway. Continue with second layers until biscuits are gone. Melt butter and brown sugar in sauce pan for a few minutes then pour this mixture over cinnamon roll dough and top off with remaining cranberries.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top and cooked through. Let cool for a few minutes then turn and transfer onto plate. Eat while warm just pick off pieces and pop in mouth
Such a decadent treat and moderation foodies it can be tempting
