Taos green chili egg bake (tribute to my late friend Jack from texas) and a eggnog white russian recipe

Merry Christmas foodies yesterday was a official Christmas day in my house as we ate, had root beer floats and had eggnog white Russians (recipe for that too) so you'll get two recipes  this holiday season and we look forward to a new year with new recipes and new contest cook offs. But I now have to wait until my 29th birthday to get a cooking instructor business license from city of South San Francisco. Thank you Santa but I been a very good girl and a hard worker this year. So I'll keep posting recipes and let you know if the fair invites me to do cooking demos under their contract well see. So merry Christmas from all of us from an autistic chef 









Taos green chili egg bake 
2 cups frozen Safeway southern style hash browns 
1 cup croutons recipe below 
1 1/2 cup cheddar grated
1 lb cooked crumbled sausage 
10 eggs 
1 7 oz can diced green chilies 
2 cups milk
Method
The night before before eating: coat a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Layer hash browns,  homemade croutons, sausage and cheddar. In large bowl beat the eggs,  milk and chilies pour mixture evenly over the layers refrigerate for at least overnight the next morning preheat oven to 350 degrees place in the oven for 1 hour until brown on top and cooked through and puffy. Let it cool slightly before cutting and serving 










Eggnog white Russians

4 oz egg nog 
2 oz milk 
1 oz kahula
1 oz vodka 
In a glass fill egg nog halfway full then top with milk, kahula and vodka stir taste make sure it's not strong if it is add a little more milk to toneit down 
Top Whipped cream and cinnamon to top off enjoy
