Strawberry pie cheesecake taquitos

Hi foodies yesterday night I baked up a Mexican strawberry pie cheesecake taquitos for lucky leaf personal creation contest today it's due I had trouble with the online entry so I'll mail it today in its place so I hope you enjoy this recipe as I did one of newest creations adapted by Sandy Tidwell sister enjoy





Strawberry pie cheesecake taquitos
I swapped a can of Apple pie filling for the strawberry pie filling and made a cheesecake base for the taquitos enjoy

1 8oz brick cream cheese softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbl milk
1 can lucky leaf strawberry pie filling and topping
8 flour tortillas
Cooking spray
Method
Preheat oven to 375 degrees convection oven or 400 degrees regular oven. Grease a foiled lined cookie sheet with cooking spray set aside.
Beat cream cheese, 2 tbl milk   powdered sugar and vanilla in a handheld mixer until smooth if too thick add more milk if needed.
Meanwhile warm tortillas in a microwave for 20 seconds one at a time and take onto the cutting board and spoon a spoonful of cheesecake filling on one edge and a another spoonful of pie filling and roll up very tight and thin repeat process until all is used up. Place onto a greased cookie sheet. Spray taquitos with more cooking spray in a small  bowl combine 5 tbl sugar and 1 tbl cinnamon and mix all together sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on top serve with whipped cream and extra pie filling
