Cranberry and avocado Pico de gallo (thanksgiving leftovers idea)

Hello foodies if you still have a can of cranberry sauce in the pantry make this salsa using tomatoes, Serranos, avocados and parsley for cilantro haters if you want cilantro I would go for it some people say it taste like soap but I love cilantro and it's refreshing to me being a half Mexican and European borned American myself with autism. So be creative and you can serve with chips or tacos delish so much love to you happy eating







Cranberry and avocado Pico de gallo

1 can cranberry sauce or 2 cups homemade left over
1 tomato seeded and diced
1/2 white onion chopped
1 avocado pitted and cubed
2 Serrano chili peppers seeded and diced finely
a bunch of chopped parsley or cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Chips to serve
Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine serve with tortilla chips and you can serve with tacos too
