Yogurt pound cake with vanilla sweetened strawberries

Hi this past week I made my brothers friend Pablo from Peru for his birthday a pound cake with vanilla sweetened strawberries the secret is yogurt and it gives this cake a moist texture you'll have to make this for a birthday client and I hope you get baking










Yogurt pound cake with vanilla sweetened strawberries
For the vanilla sweetened strawberries
1 pint strawberry trimmed and sliced
3 tbl sugar
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
For the yogurt pound cake
2 1/4 sifted flour
2 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup butter softened
1 6 oz container of strawberry yogurt like Tillamook
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Method
Preheat oven to 350 grease a bundt pan. Set aside. Meanwhile in a small bowl combine strawberries and both vanilla bean paste and sugar to combine cover with Lid and chill as you bake the cake
In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar,  salt and baking soda
In a large bowl cream butter and yogurt together add eggs one at a time until incorporated and slowly add flour a little by little to form a cake batter then pour onto a bundt pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until tested in center comes out clean with a toothpick let it cool then cut and serve with strawberries
