Poutine gemelli pasta gratin

Hi fans of recipes from an autistic chef, this past week i made a poutine style gemelli pasta using chicken gravy instead of pasta sauce and cheese curds and barilla ready in 60 seconds pasta brand. It's a hot bubbly dish without the potatoes. This you'll be craving for days enjoy









Poutine gemelli pasta gratin
3 tbl butter
3 tbl flour
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
Pepper to taste
1 package vanilla ready pasta gemelli kind
1 cup frozen peas
1 container cheese curds from Midwest
Method
In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat and add the flour and whisk until smooth then slowly add chicken broth (careful not to pour all at once it takes longer to thicken season with pepper and turn off heat.
Meanwhile in a skillet over medium heat and add oil to the package directions and add the ready pasta gemelli kind and cook according to the package directions but add peas last 2 minutes (4 minutes total) add peas,and pasta to gravy mix and mix well to combine pour over a casserole dish with cooking spray and top with cheese curds bake at 350 for 25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly enjoy with greens or veggies
