pierogi pea picnic salad (from 4th of july)

Hi fans it's been a busy week here in my kitchen my.birthday at work then 4th of july and so on, so I have a great picnic salad using polish pierogis in this fun new item to take to a summer potluck I give credit to food network for this recipe. The original recipe had herbs left that out and use the rest of the recipe so get cooking





Pierogi pea picnic salad
1 bag frozen pierogies
1 bag frozen peas
Dressing
2 tbl mayonnaise
2 tbl.sour cream
1 tbl apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dijon.mustard
A pinch of sugar
Pepper to taste
Method
Bring a pot of water to a boil be sure to salt the water cook pierogis according to package directions adding peas to the last 3 minutes and drain and run under cold water to stop the cooking process
Meanwhile in a large bowl mix mayo, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, sugar and pepper in a large bowl then add the cooled peas and pierogis to the dressing and toss to coat then serve with your guests enjoy
