Salsa Sloppy Joes (From the south city grocery outlet culinary event)

Hello fans of recipes from an autistic chef, today I got invited by the owners Michelle and Dave to host a live cooking demo for a fun group of busy shoppers. I will do
 another article on the pea, rictotta and mint dip too, but the salsa sloppy Joes were a a but I helped fellow customers with a help of a grocery outlet staffer Christine Becker, who also told the customers the jars of salsa were buy one get one free and we.sure got a lot of reaction to this so here's the full recipe so enjoy












Salsa sloppy Joes (small batch)
1 lb ground beef
2tbl butter melted
1 cup chopped celery
1 onion chopped
1 green bell peppers, seeded and diced
4 oz mushrooms
1/2'jar pace organic salsa or more to desired thickness
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup water
Method
Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium high heat add onions, celery and bell peppers  along with salt and pepper cook until golden brown and translucent. Then brown the beef and cook until golden brown and no pink shows. Drain the excess.fat in a bowl with a colander..and return to skillet and add a half jar of salsa , more pepper and water. Let it cook.and simmer for 20 minutes on medium low and it is enough to spoon onto a bun. Serve with hamburger buns
