Green chile Cheddar cornbread Madelines

Hi fans its Oscars night at the house, best picture and fashion.and the food is on me,.so I made a tex mex spin on a.french dessert called Madelines a.sponge cake cookie but made with cornbread green chilies and cheddar best eaten with a pat of butter. So get baking easy to make and with help from the store







Green chili cheddar cornbread Madelines

1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
2 tbl diced canned green chilies
Method
Preheat oven 375
Grease Madeline pan with cooking spray set aside.
Blend all ingredients batter will be a bit lumpy. Spoon batter evenly onto a Madeline pan bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and toothpick is inserted comes out clean let cool on pan for 1 minute and lift Madelines out of pans.and let cool on wire racks best eaten with pat of butter
