bbq pulled pork egg rolls (easy leftover idea)

Hi fans happy valentines day I made these bbq pork spring rolls for superbowl 51 my sister made pulled pork so use some of the pork to make this recipe waste not want not so please enjoy the recipe

Bbq pork egg rolls
2 cups leftover pulled pork
1 cup shredded cheese
1 package egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Method
Heat 2 inches of oil in a skillet over medium high heat
To assemble egg rolls lay out a sheet of wonton on a flat surface and wet edges with water fill with a spoonful of pork and a sprinkle of cheese and fold edges and roll up like a lumpia repeat until all is done
Fry egg.rolls 2 minutes per side in.batches and drain on a paper towel serve to your family

You can freeze extra flash freeze in sheetpan and transfer to zip lock bags and freeze for 3months
