peach vodka cake (must be 21) for the recipe

HI fans I made this delicious boozy dessert for my sister Molly. It's the best cake Molly ever had. She had to keep it off the kids plates because we have to be careful with minors. But it was good. Recipe is courtesy of chef Dexter Ridley, the culinary instructor I highly respect. Enjoy

Peach vodka cake

1 box yellow cake mix
1 3.4 ounce box vanilla pudding
1/2 cup Peach lux Vodka
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup diced canned peaches

Preheat oven to 350
Pour the cake mix and pudding mix into a bowl
Combine the next 4 ingredients in another bowl. With the mixer on medium add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and blend for 2 minutes. Pour batter into a well oiled and floured 10 cup Bundt pan. You can use cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Peach vodka Glaze
1 stick butter
1/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/2-3/4 cup lux Peach vodka
In a sauce pan combine the butter and water bring to a boil and the stir in sugar. Once the sugar has dissolved lower heat to medium and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and slowly pour in the Peach Ciroc. Mixture will bubble slightly. In three stages ladle the Ciroc glaze over the warm cake.
Note from the chef dexter: I forgot to one thing. After you make the batter stir in the diced peaches. Also let the cake sit in the pan for 5 minutes before putting it on a cake plate. Make sure the plate is at least 2 inches in diameter bigger than the cake. The glaze will run down the sides of the cake and soak into it as it cools
