banana bread whoopi pies (library cookie swap recipe test)

Hi fans yesterday we all have our bad moments, but never gave up with a new day, because of my parents, brothers sister and a couple of good friends becka Evans and Becky & Debbie cleveland who are very supportive people. I took.a nice daycation to Westlake outdoor mall in.Daly city California. Much needed indeeded. I rarely used social media to south San Francisco neighbors (no contact.with.ssf at all) during that time.just calls and text to my friend Becka and mom was a way to.go. was the best thing. I ate at at nations burger joint best bay area has to offer. It's a busy place.
Although I miss talking to the west Winston manor folks, but im back oonline as of now 730pm. I made this banana bread whoopi pies for the grocery outlet staff. They loved it. At least got love there. So I hope you bake your way to a holiday season










Banana bread whoopi pies

3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter softened at room temp
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1'cup mashed bananas(2 total)
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tub cream cheese frosting or marshmallow fluff
Method
Preheat oven to 375
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together set aside.
On medium speed on a hand mixer cream butter and sugar until fluffly. On low beat eggs until blended. Beat in vanilla, bananas and buttermilk gradually beat in flour until it looks like fluffy cookie battle. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheets. Bake for.8-10 minutes. Let cool completely then spread bottom cookies with a small amount of cream cheese frosting then sandwich them together and it's a whoppi pie yum!
