2'sugar pie pumpkins cut off the top, clean inside and set in a roasting pan
In a large skillet over medium heat cook 1lb beef 80/20 until rendered down drain the fat and let it drain a bit
In the same skillet with 2 tbl extra virgin Olive oil saute 1 onion chopped 5 mushrooms sliced and 1 zucchini ends trimmed and diced into cubes to the pan until golden and translucent 8 to 10 minutes add the Brown rice and ground beef to the veggies to the skillet add the 3'cans Campbell's cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 tsp each sage pepper and poultry seasoning just eye ball it. I like to go bold with flavors. Scoop mixture onto pumpkin shells in the roasting pan and bake at 375 degrees, 45 minutes to an hour

Best to eat the inside flesh not the outside skin ok.
