ahi poke on Wonton crisp

Hi fans if you love sushi you gotta try a poke dish I made last night at home. Fresh ahi cubes, garlic, ginger and soy sauce helps cook the fish the.longer the better it gets. Ve very refreshing on a hot day. It was made just yesterday enjoy







Ahi tuna poke wonton crisps
Adapted from food network

1lb ahi tuna cut into smaller pieces
2 cloves garlic grated
1 tbl grated ginger (must peel rough skin then grated)
1/2 tbl sriracha chili sauce
1/2'maui onion diced
1/2 cup soy sauce plus 1 tbsp 
Wonton wrappers kept  damp paper towel before frying
Method
In a medium bowl combine sriracha, garlic and ginger. Then pour in the soy sauce and toss in the Tuna cubes and diced maui onions cover with lid (if you don't have a lid simply wrap in plastic then in foil. Refrigerate for 30'minutes up to 2 hours. 
Just before serving heat corn oil into the small skillet over medium high heat fry in batches and fry until crispy then drain on paper towel and salt them after out of the fryer.
Just before eating place wonton crisps onto platter then spoon about a spoon ful of poke on top then garnish with green onion or seasame seeds eat up.

I have a excellent colleague at one of my worksites as a subistute school cafeteria worker she just happens to be Hawaiian and this poke is a a tribute to her will get to see her at work Thursday. I cannot wait
