cauliflower crust pizza topping ideas (bbq chicken and poutine gravy pizza)

Hi fans this healthy pizza crust idea came by a request by Sandy tidwell a long-time friend and neighbor pal she said she was making cauliflower crust pizza but did not follow the steps such as draining the liquid. Poutine gravy pizza with cheese curds
1/2 recipe cauliflower crust pizza
1/2 sweet potato cubed
1/2 green bell pepper chopped
2 oz cheese curds 2 tbl evoo
For chicken gravy
2tbl butter
2 tbl.flour or gf flour
1 cup chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste

In a sauce pot heat butter and flour until melted through then slowly pour in chicken stock and cook 2 min until thickened then taste adjust seasonings and let it sit as you cook the potatoes
In a large skillet heat evoo over medium heat cook sweet potato cubes and bell peppers until golden Brown and caramelized 15 min. Add garlic cook
30'seconds then add the gravy you made cook for 1 minute (this will make 2 pies but.saved half of it) use the half on top of the cauliflower crust and top with cheese curds and bake as directed


Bbq chicken pizza
1/2 recipe cauliflower crust pizza
1 boneless skineless chicken thigh or breast
Salt and pepper
1/2 bottle bbq sauce
1/2 red bell pepperI chopped
1/2 cucup shredded cheddar cheese

Bring a saucepan of water salt peppers and chicken to a gentle summer until tender 20 minutes must fall off the bone. Drain chicken and add cooked chicken to a bowl with 1/2  cup bbq sauce and shred until it pulls apart. Spoon some bbq sauce on top of the cauliflower crust pizza Then top with pulled chicken bell peppers and.cheese bake as directed to the recipe
