slow cooker blackberry bbq pulled chicken with coleslaw sandwiches

On Sunday i wanted to make pulled pork but i wanted chicken so i develop this slow cooker bbq pulled chicken breasts cooked low to slow maximum flavor you can even make a second meal during the week will be whipping up a pulled bbq chicken and slaw egg rolls will post it tomorrow so get cooking








 



Blackberry bbq pulled chicken breasts sandwiches with Coleslaw

1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts about 2 breast
2/3 cup blackberry bbq sauce
1 can chicken broth
for my grannies coleslaw with a Sriracha twist
1 bag coleslaw mix
3 tbl mayonnaise
3 tbl ranch
1 tsp Sriracha chili sauce
Burger buns
method
in a 5 quart slow cooker set cooker to low.
place bbq sauce onto a large bowl wash chicken breasts then season with salt and pepper on both sides. Dredge chicken breast with bbq sauce on both sides and lay onto the slow cooker pour entire can of chicken broth and cook on low for 6 hours flipping once until cooked through 6 hours later pull out of the cooker to another large bowl. Shredded add more bbq sauce 1/2 cup totAL and 1/2 cup reserved liquid discard remaining liquid. Add back to the slow cooker and keep warm.
for the coleslaw mix 1/2 bag of coleslaw mix must wash head and drain then mix the dressing ingredients and toss with the Cole slaw mix. Place pulled chicken evenly onto buns and top with coleslaw and enjoy
