SF Wine School Talk At SSF Library (the best food and wine talk ever)

by chef ava marie
hi foodies, this past Tuesday I attended the wine talk on how I can pair wine with my culinary creations. so did you know we have a wine school right here in south san Francisco bay area. its called the san Francisco wine school. own by wine experts David Glancy and pal Kristen who are passionate about wines and food. they even have a professional restaurant cook just  like my mentor chef terri dien who makes beautiful food.

so I cannot wait to attend their movie nights with my daddy. who is a avid chardonnay drinker himself. he is so obessed with it. but want my dad to expand. wine isn't as bad as vodka. but in moderation. too much can take you to rehab. ok they got a movie theme menu and pairings coming up. its open to the locals and non locals alike. its 50.00 for those live in the south san fran area. for all others from coast to coast 65.00 ok.

so heres a few pics I shot before the class and its the best talk ever believe me. its a great for future wine experts to go to school its the opposite of culinary school. the master wine expert is amazing

this is what the speakers david and kristen presented the beautiful food pics their chef made and the wine and the focus of their wine school education and how they got started investing into their program they sure came a long way just like myself as autistic chef we still learn each day.
this is a information booth which we can sign up for newsletter for those who sign up get a coupon to attend. so like again this is a amazing talk they did. so don't forget to check their classes at https://www.facebook.com/sfwineschool/ and their web at http://sanfranciscowineschool.com/ these duo are amazing they have movie nights coming up so don't miss out on one of them. okay. great way to make new friends and maybe run into people you haven't see in like forever. so happy cooking.
