Pumpkin spiced Frappe

hi fans, I took a facebook fan's Vickie P's  request and I made it happened, I made a pumpkin spiced frappe using a 1/2 cup canned pureed pumpkin into the frappuchino shake. which works well. it makes 2 small frappes so good. or a large mason jar full for yourself. so I hope you make it @ home so much cheaper than starbucks ohh my so do it.





 
Pumpkin Spiced Frappes
makes 2
1 packet hot cocoa mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups brewed coffee
2-3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2-2/3cup milk
pumpkin pie spice to spinkle on top
whipped cream to garish on top
2 ice cube trays
method
place brewed coffee in a bowl along with hot cocoa mix, vanilla extract and sugar. mix to combine. pour into ice cube trays using measuring cups. freeze overnight.
the next day run tray under cold water to release the coffee cubes to the blender along with pumpkin puree and milk. just eyeball the milk and blend until smooth and you got a frappe. if you add too much milk it will be too watery if less milk too thick. just note that. top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. enjoy
