Chinese coleslaw salad

Hey fans ofrecipes from an autistic chef this recipe is from a classmates Shannon corcorans mom i attended el camino high with she attended inprov aka drama class and also hung out lunch period along with my ex sorta boyfriend and a bunch of other friends i don't want to even think about long story but been single since 2008 and i had to overcome with calming nature and getting my culinary ego back thanks to Facebook and i wouldn't be a blogger and cooking instructor if it was for Facebook and community i know so please enjoy this recipe i made on Sunday night it's delish snd recccomended it






Chinese coleslaw salad

1 bag ready made coleslaw mix
4 green onions, chopped
1 package top ramen chicken flavor noodles, crunched up
1/2 cup evoo
3 tsp white vinegar
2 tbl sugar
seasoning pack from the top ramen noodles
1/2 c toasted sliced almonds
1/2 tsp sesame seeds, optional
diced cooked chicken optional

mix together the coleslaw mix, green onions, sliced almonds and crunched up ramen. in a bowl here add vinegar, seasoning packet and sugar and whisk to combine. slowly add the oil to emulsify like the chefs do. the add to the coleslaw mixture refrigerate at a least a day to marry the flavors or eat right away. add diced cooked chicken and sesame seeds if desired
