soda fountain drink recipes (to beat the hot heat wave)

Hi fans it's a heat wave in south san Francisco Bay area i know there are 90 degree weather which causes me not to bake this week at all been eating out plus making cold foods such as soda jerk mock tails. I have 2 mocktail recipes you'll want to beat heat to cool off and make these drinks at home asap. My dad brought these maple syrup from Michigan and it's the best foodie gift ever and another is a pomengrate grenadine to make cherry pom lime rickey so enjoy

Soda #1 maple  ny egg creams
1/2 whole milk
maple syrup or more to taste
Seltzer water
method
in a glass fill milk 1/2 ful add 3 tbl maple syrup and fill seltzer to top off
Tip: i think jimmy fallon would want a egg cream probably want booze in it. Such as rum
it's a joke though for jimmy though a cute one.

Soda #2 cherry pomegranate lilime rickey
8-10 oz cherry sparkling water
2 tsp pomengrate grenadine such as skylake ranch
3 tbl lime syrup such as roses
method
Fill with cherry sparking water mix with grenadine and lime syrup mix to combine enjoy to beat the heat.
