meatloaf a la rachael ray with.BBQ sauce

Hi fans been caught behind with my food blog. I made a recipe from rachael rsy cooking rocks for kids cookbook. I mainly use the cookbook to educate my nephew's and nieces. I originally thought her meatloaf muffins would be great but for adults I've turned it into 2 larger loaves and will show you how so come with me and it's adapted from rachael ray.











Meatloaf a LA Rachael Ray With BBQ Sauce
Evoo for pan
1 lb ground beef
1 yellow onion, cut into quarters
1 small green bell pepper
a splash of milk
1 egg beaten
1-2 cups panko breadcrumbs
2 tbl grill seasoning by Montreal steak MCcormick
1 cup sweet smoky BBQ sauce
1/2 cup tomato salsa
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce

Method
Preheat oven to 350 place a sheet of foil onto a cookie sheet and drizzle with evoo.
put groundbeef into a big bowl. Place onions in a food processor cut bell peppers into strips around the circle and discard the seeds and ends. Cut pepper into a few pieces and add to the food processor pulse the blades until peppers and onions are finely chopped. Add to the meat bowl whisk the mix and egg and add to meat add bread crumbs and grill seasoning. In a small bowl mix together BBQ sauce, saksa and Worcestershire sauce pour half sauce mixture into the meatloaf mix. Mix the meatloaf with your hands wash hands often. Form into 2 meatloaves and pour reserved sauce on top of each loaf. Bake for 1 hour until cooked through. Let rest 15 minutes before eating
