amaretto peach cheesecake

Hi fans on Sunday i got to use my best friend beckys kitchen to compete at the sonoma county fair cheesecake contest won 5th place but next year for san Mateo county fair they suggested use graham cracker crust instead of pie dough like crust it's my former male clssmates mom rona gundrums recipe i hope you make this soon enjoy 



Amaretto peach cheesecake 
For the crust 
3 tbl butter 
1/3 cup sugar 
1 egg 
3/4 flour 
for the filling 
3 8 oz blocks clover storetta farms cream cheese softened 
3/4 cup sugar 
3 tbl flour 
3 eggs 
1 15 oz can peaches drained and pureed 
1/4 cup almond flavored liqueur 
Fresh peach slices to garnish 
Method 
Combine sugar and butter until light and fluffy 
. Beat in egg and flour mix well
Spread dough onto bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 450.  To make the filling in another bowl combine cream cheese sugar and flour add egg one at a time after each addition. Add the pureed peaches and almond flavored liqueur mix well pour over crust. Bake for 10 minutesat 450 then reduce temperature to 25250 and bake for 1 hour 5 minutes loosen cake from the rim of the pan. Let cool completely before removing rim from the pan. Chill overnight serve with fresh peach slices enjoy.
