fresh fruit donut bread pudding

Hey fans the other day i was in the mood for good bread pudding, so i decided to whip up a donut bread pudding using bananas and strawberries. You can use Krispy creme but decided to use a mini glazed donuts from little Debbie. Remember will ferrells fun sketch for little Debbie on my cutest tonight show host jimmy fallon episode that brand reminded me of use a little Debbie in your recipe. So make this at home and get baking fans

Fresh fruit donut bread pudding

Nonstick cooking spray
1 cup sliced bananas about 2
1 cup strawberries hulled and halved
1 3/4 cups whole milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup golden raisins
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp kosher salt
1 egg beaten
1 egg white beaten
1 1/2 dozen about 2 10 oz pkg little Debbie mini glazed donutd halved

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl add bananas, strawberries, milk and sugar and gently mash. Allow mixture to macerate and come to room temperature. Add raisins, cinnamon, salt and egg and egg whites and mix together
Place halved donuts in tge greased dish cover with liquid mixture. Baje until center has jelled about 1 hour. Serve with fresh berries and whipped cream enjoy
