hey fans I have a banana bread recipe, its a same recipe this time with a pecan brown sugar streusel mmmm. using the bananas waste not want not. so use up your over ripe bananas and make banana bread doesn't get any better than that so get baking just in time for mother's day xoxo chef ava








 
banana bread with pecan brown sugar streusel

3 over ripe bananas
1 1/2  cups AP Flour
1 cup raw sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
 a dah of salt
1/2 stick butter
for the brown sugar pecan streusel topping
3 tbl brown sugar
3 tbl ap flour
1/2 cup finely chopped pecan pieces
1/2 stick melted butter

method
preheat oven to 325 mix the brown sugar, flour, pecans and melted butter until like crumble. set aside. in the meantime mash bananas in a large bowl (the first picture is the mashed bananas i mashed with a potato masher) add in flour, sugar, baking soda and 1 egg to the banana mixture. melt butter in a mircowave in a bowl for 30 seconnds. then add to banana flour mixture and mix just until blended and pour onto 3 greased disposable mini loaf pans sprinkle with the streusel mixture on top on top bake for 1 hour 10 minutes, ovens may vary, check toothpick for done ness when it comes out clean make 1 loaf
