I will show you step by step on how to make the glaze, roast the duck and more. so this is me and my dad marty's creation and I hope you enjoy from ours to yours so enjoy just on a normal sunday

home roasted peking duck with orange molasses glaze

3 lb whole raw duck
salt, pepper and garlic powder to season '
a large roasting pan
for the glaze
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons sriracha sauce

method
preheat oven to 300 degrees. have a roasting pan ready and place the washed duck seam side down season both sides of duck with salt, pepper and garlic pepper on both sides. bake for 4 hours but turning the pan every hour. the last 2 hours make the glaze: in a bowl mix together honey molasses, orange juice, soy sauce and sriracha and mix with a wire whisk and at the last hour baste the duck with 1/2 of the glaze and bake for first 30 minutes then baste with the remaining glaze and rotate and bake for 1/2 hour more then you got a 4 hour delicious duck! made with love by me and dad marty romero
