Asian style stir fried Veggies n brussels spouts egg noodles

hi fans I decide to make this spicy but delicious side dish for you all. it's made with 2 types of jalapenos, soy sauce, honey, Brussels sprouts etc. very fast and easy dish to pair with the duck me and my father made. so if you don't like spicy too bad it's not for you if you do go for it really good I love this dish so take care! and get cooking







Asian style stir fried veggies n Brussels sprouts egg noodles

2 tbl canola oil
1 shallot minced
1 clove garlic minced
1 red fresno and green jalapeno seeded, deveined and minced
1/2 lb Brussels sprouts ends trimmed, and halved
3 scallions sliced thin
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tbl honey
1 tbl water, if needed
2 oz egg noodles, cooked to perfection in boiling water
seasweed snacks to garnish

method
heat a sauté pan over medium high heat sauté shallots, and jalapenos and Brussels sprouts and cook for 6 minutes then add garlic and green onions to cook at the last minute until garlic infuses a bit. add the cooked egg noodles and toss to combined and then add soy sauce, honey, water and toss to coat. then transfer to a serving platter and garnish with nori seaweed snacks on top enjoy!
