M&M Coated Chocolate Dipped Banana pops

hello fans, I have a idea to use up leftover candy from halloween. I decided to melt chocolate in a microwave dipped in bananas rolled in M&MS candies on a stick. you freeze them, its a lot healthier for kids than a ice cream pop. you can even make this with your kids. super easy to prepare. so I have photos so inspired by a recipe so get cooking!

M&M coasted chocolate dipped banana pops

3 bananas, peeled and halved
1/2 cup or so of chocolate M&MS candies or any leftover chopped up
Halloween candy of choice
2/3 cup Guittard milk chocolate, *see method for details
6 lollipop sticks
a foiled lined small sheet pan

method
place lollipop stick into banana, being careful not to break the banana and flash freeze in a foiled line sheet pan for 10-15 minutes while you melt the chocolate.
*melt milk chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and start with 30 seconds and then check to stir and continue to microwave at 15-20 second intervals until fully melted.
place M&Ms or any chopped candies  on a plate. take bananas out of freezer and dip bananas in chocolate (I find using a spoon helps coat the chocolate evenly) shake off excess melted chocolate and dip in candy bits (you can also use chopped milky way bars, sprinkles, reeses or even toffee bits for adult twist) and place dipped bananas back into the foiled lined sheet pan, cover with plastic and  freeze until frozen. they are so much better than ice cream trust me! you can eat this daily
