Oven Roasted italian potatoes

hello fans, on Thursday night i made my mom and dad and me some nice oven fries that my sister invented. this is her own recipe. and it uses Italian dressing, quarted potatoes, diced bell pepper and onion, and it was baked at 400 degrees for about 50 minutes or until crispy so i hope you enjoy this recipe from my home to yours!







                                                                                       
Oven Roasted Italian potatoes
 
1 lb Yukon gold potatoes, washed and cut into 6ths like quarter likes
1 red bell pepper, seeded out and diced
1 white onion, skins peeled and chopped
1/2 small bottle of Italian dressing about 1/2-2/3 cup total
cooking spray
method \
to marinate the potatoes in a zip loc baggie xtra large size add the cut up potatoes, onions and bell peppers pour some dressing over it. i don't recommend dumping the whole bottle sorry! just about almost half of it. and massage the baggie with your hands to let the potatoes soak the potatoes and marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge
in the meantime preheat oven to 400 degrees
grease cookie sheet with cooking spray. place marinated potatoes onto cookie sheet. you can do this. this is a vegetarian product. no meat will spread germs. bake for 50 or so minutes or until golden brown flipping once. enjoy with chicken or lamb
