iced ginger green tea

hello reader's i am starting my own cleanse so instead of diet cola during the week i swap out for iced tea, simple, it has a lot of health benifits and its super good for you i add some stevia sugar instead of regular sugar because this type of sugar is plant based, better than splenda trust me, for the diabetics out there, i infuse it with ginger and filtered with water, its from doctor oz, but i slightly made it mine with stevia so please enjoy!



 iced ginger green tea
 Recipe From the Dr Oz show, adapted by Chef Ava Marie
6 slices peeled ginger
12 green tea bags
2/3 cup stevia plant based sugar
3 cups water, plus more to fill the pitcher in
method 
bring water and stevia to a boil, turn off heat and add the ginger slices and tea bags let it infuse for 5-10 minutes then remove tea bags and ginger and discard it, pour hot brewed tea into a large pitcher fill the rest with cold water place tea in the fridge at least overnight to chill and then enjoy and get healthy like i am doing now
