Guac Salad (tomato, red onion and avocado salad)

hello readers need a healthy dose of fruits and veggies, you got it, i got a tomato red onion and avocado salad it was in one of rachael ray's cookbooks week in a day it has vitamin c, lots of nutrition and has its healthy fats, no oil need for this so i hope this recipe kicks off the new year right and i hope you make this on a regular basis xoxo Chef Ava Marie!

Guac salad

5 heirloom tomatoes, or 6 roma tomatoes cut into wedges
1 red onion, diced
2 almost firm ripe avocados diced
1 fresh jalapeno chili diced
juice of 2 limes
evoo, optional
kosher salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
 method
in a serving bowl combine tomatoes, onion, avocados, and jalapeno drizzle with lime juice and evoo if desired. season with salt and pepper and toss with cilantro and serve
tip if its too flavorless add a clove or 2 of garlic, i like to grate it right into the bowl of tomatoes, it will pack lots of flavor
