hello fans, i got a wing recipe perfect for the superbowl from Miss Daphne Oz who is now pregnant with a child from The chew cooking show on abc7 this wing is spicy but is a sweet touch of maple syrup all the 49ers fans will love this recipe, my dad didnt care for it but i did because Dr oz aka miss daphne's father said we should have some spicy food like chilies or hot sauce, it gets rid of our toxins in our body and yes it cleans out like ginger and reduces weight issues and blood cells so i hope you make this recipe for the hungry niners fan!!! woo hoo!

Maple Buffalo Wings

  • 1 1/2 pounds Chicken Wings (separated at joint)
  • 4 cups Vegetable Oil (plus extra)
  • Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Red Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
  •  method

  • Place a cast iron pan over medium high heat and add 4 cups of vegetable oil. Using a deep fry thermometer to monitor the temperature, allow the oil to heat to 320 F.
  •  Preheat your oven to 350 F. Spread the wings out on a baking tray and season liberally with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until just about cooked through. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  •  In the meantime, prepare wing sauce of choice. When your oil has reached 360 F, add wings to oil and deep fry until golden and crispy, working in batches. Remove them and place onto paper towels and season them with salt. Place them in a bowl; pour prepared sauce over the top, then mix to evenly to coat all of the wings. Repeat with remaining wings and sauce. Serve hot wings with your favorite accompaniments.
  •   Combine maple syrup, hot sauce, butter and 2 teaspoons of salt in a small sauce pan. Bring to a simmer and stir to melt butter and combine ingredients. Transfer to a large bowl and coat hot, fried wings.
heres the tip, you can bake the wings first at 350 for 50 minutes, and then toss with wing sauce and serve, you have to do this techique as it comes right out of the oven and its the best techuque i can give you so serve at your next 49ers taligate party!
