Harvest Pear Stuffing

hello readers the other day i was at my sister's i brought them my pear stuffing and ohh my everyone loved it and its a popluar dish among my family, i used apples last year for thanksgiving and it was even a hit then, so now i share the recipe and i hope you make it this thanksgiving season

 this is the dry stuffing cubes, with cranberries, called stove top, but you can use chicken or turkey flavor

 i saute pears, onion and celery in 1/2 stick butter in a skillet until transucent for 10 minutes
this is what the stuffing looks like when it's been in the oven for 30 minutes, i hope you follow this steps for this recipe , so enjoy

Harvest pear stuffing
1/2 stick butter
1 medium onion chopped
2 pears or apples, peeled, cored and chopped
2 celery stalks, cut crosswise into slices about 1/4 inch
1/4 cup chopped parsley
12 oz seasoned bread cubes such as stove top brand
3 cups boiling water

method
preheat oven to 350 grease a 9 x 13 inch pan pan with cooking spray. melt butter in a large skillet, add the onions, celery and pears and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. transfer the vegetables to a large bowl and add the parsley, bread cubes, and gently stir. pour on the water and toss gently transfer stuffing into greased dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until crusty and brown on top this can be made 1 day in advance stored in the fridge and baked before serving
