Ginger Garlic Soy chicken wings
hello, today for dinner i made a nice asian chicken wings, that is sure to please your niner's fans, its a soy, brown sugar marinade with garlic and ginger, its been marinated for 2 hours and then baked for an hour, so i hope you enjoy, and tell me how it turned out so take care! Chef Ava
Garlic Ginger Soy chicken wings
3 lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbl ground ginger, a heaping please
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
6 tbl brown sugar
method
in a bowl combine brown sugar, spices and soy sauce and mix to combine
in a zip lock quart sized bag place wash and cleaned chicken into the baggie, add the marinade and massage a bit. marinate for 2 hours to flavors to meld. wash your hands immediately to prevent this deadly germs
after 2 hours place chicken onto a glass cassrole pan or a roasting pan bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown baste every 15 minutes to create a caramelized flavor serve with ranch dip and football players will go crazy for them
