Hot Dog Hash
hello readers, last night, i made Hot dog hash with poached or fried eggs, so its the easy gourmet that you can get out of your budget and this one is from Michael Symon of the chew, and i hope you enjoy it at home for BLD (breakfast, lunch and dinner) so please indulge
Hot Dog Hash
While the hash is finishing up, add the butter to the second pan. When the butter has melted and coated the bottom of the pan, add all four eggs. Cook the eggs until the whites are set and the yolk is still runny, about 2 minutes. Baste the eggs with butter as they cook. Season them with salt and pepper then turn the heat off.
Spoon some of the hot dog hash on to a plate and top with a fried egg. Serve with hot sauce.
tip: when making poached eggs, oil the pot before adding water about 3 inches and for every egg 1 tsp of white vinegar and it helps the egges form do not cook it too long it will turn into hard boiled eggs you dont want that it has to ooze so i hope it helps

- 4 medium Idaho Potatoes (skin-on; small dice)
- 1 small Yellow Onions (sliced thinly)
- 4 Hot Dogs (sliced into coins)
- 1 tablespoon Butter- skip if making poached eggs
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt and freshly ground Pepper
- Hot Sauce or ketchup to serve
