Cucumber Cherry Salad (Recipe from the Cookin the market Chefs)

this recipe i made today comes from the cookin the market chefs Mario hernandez and Anna buss, they are the two beloved market chefs, that put soul on cooking with freshest produce as possible. so this recipe they made at one of the classes, then i gave the recipe a try in my own home and said wow, its soo good, you get the sweetness of cherries and the tartness of the cucumbers so there are 2 pictures below i wanted to show is why do we seperate cherries? because cherries bleed easliy so i use their method to separate the cucumbers and cherries and then combine in one bowl after you season with herbs, salt pepper, vinger and oil. thats it, so enjoy the recipe and the photos as well!
happy cooking!

Cucumber and Cherry Salad

2 tsp. parsley, minced
... 2 tsp. chives, minced
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. grape seed oil
Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD:
Place cucumbers and cherries in separate mixing bowls to prevent cherry juice from bleeding onto cucumbers during the preparation. Dress each bowl with salt and pepper, herbs, vinegar and oil. Then plate the ingredients together.
